14-day refund window
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Eligibility
- Applies to your first purchase of any single document.
- Applies to bulk orders (3+ documents) within the same 14-day window.
- Does not apply to a document already refunded to the same customer or account.
How to request a refund
- Email noveltyidentitycenter.com.
- Include your order reference (found in your confirmation email) and the email used at checkout.
- Optionally, tell us why — feedback helps us improve.
Refund requests are processed within 5 business days. Bank processing times may add 3–10 days depending on your provider.
What we don't refund
- Requests made after the 14-day window.
- Repeated refund requests for the same product or category.
- Purchases where the customer has already redistributed the document in violation of our Licensing terms.
EU & UK statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days — provided you have not begun downloading the file. By starting the download, you acknowledge that you waive this right. If you believe you have a statutory right to a refund that this policy doesn't cover, email us — we follow the law.
Digital goods delivered instantly are exempt from the standard 14-day EU/UK cooling-off period once the download has started. We still offer a discretionary refund window above — you're covered either way.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve the vast majority of refund requests within one business day, and chargebacks cost both of us time and money.
